RMA Number Request
Note: You don´t necessarily need a RMA number to return material to Meinberg. The RMA is mainly intended for customers who want to track the return.

Return Authorisation:

After receipt of the RMA request by Meinberg, a confirmation and authorisation message
will be communicated via email within 24 hours.

This document will contain:
  • A RMA number (which is your reference number)
  • The product's data
  • The problem description (may be summarised)
  • Instructions what to do with the defective unit.
What should be returned?

Please include all reference material, like antenna or cable to the return shipment. This may be important to find the cause of defect.

Where can I find the serial number?

In general you can find the serial number on a silver barcode sticker on the rear side of the device. Some devices report the serial number also in the front panel display or over the available user interfaces. The serial number is 12 digits long and starts and ends with a zero.
