The new installer has been released for

The installer as well as the NTP binaries
(ntpd.exe, ntpq.exe ...) have been digitally signed. Besides improvements for the Unattended Installation Mode (UAM) this version autodetects a the Windows firewall settings and offers to modify them in order to ensure a smooth operation of NTP on your Windows PC.
Windows NT users still have to use the older "fluxcap v2" version because this OS is not supported by the recent versions of NTP.
