Meinberg is ISPCS Gold Sponsor

Meinberg again is the main sponsor of the most important annual PTP/IEEE 1588 event - the ISPCS - and participates in the associated interoperability test event, this year for the fifth time in a row. The ISPCS is the annual meeting of the global IEEE 1588 community.

The ISPCS 2010 ("International IEEE Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization for Measurement, Control and Communication ") takes place from September 26th to October 1st in Portsmouth, NH (East Coast, USA).

The symposium traditionally offers an interesting and diverse course of lectures and presentations (see the conference program on the ISPCS Website) and allows vendors of PTP-related devices like Grandmaster Clocks, Boundary Clocks, Transparent Clocks or Ordinary Clocks to test the ineroperability of their products during a two-day plugfests. This helps to avoid compatibility issues in the field.

The experiences made during this event will directly affect the development and improvement of current and future Meinberg products. An additional benefit is the possibility to get into touch with end customers and users, allowing to receive more direct and valuable feedback.

Meinberg will show their PTP/IEEE 1588 product range during an exhibition and is present for the whole week with 5 employees, available for discussions and questions.
