During this period a sent-in LANTIME will be repaired within two business days and returned to the customer free of charge, freight charges for
sending the units back to Meinberg are born by the customer, the shipping fee for returning the repaired product are paid by Meinberg.
If the customer needs a replacement unit during the days their LANTIME is being repaired, Meinberg offers rental time servers.
Within the warranty period this replacement service is free of charge, only shipping costs arise. Outside warranty a small flat rate is charged for
providing a backup system to bridge the time needed for repairing a time server.
